SQL query builders for Oracle?

We've tried Vecal's dbXpert and it's not very user friendly. We've recently looked at SQL Query for Oracle from EMS, but it has performance issues that may or may not be fixed sometime soon according to their technical support. We've looked at Toad, but it's rather expensive.

Does anyone have any other suggestions?

MrChad, yep I looked at that one yesterday. It looks ok, but it's slow and clunky probably because it is written in Java.
