SQL Client Error

I have installed SQL7 client on 4 PC's (W95 client).
All work fine exept for one which has an error when using the Enterprise Manager.
Through Enterprise Manager I can view the servers, see the tables, but when you try to return some rows from a table or do a query it responds with:

"The query cannot be executed because some files are either missing or not registered. Run setup again to make sure the required files are registered"

I have reinstalled ..... uninstalled and reinstalled to no effect.
