Question SQL 2008 DTSX in SQL 2022 Developer

SQL Server 2022 Developer version. Trying to run a DTSX from SQL 2008. Getting error 0xC0209302. From what I can find SQLNCLI11 is no longer used. Do I just replace SQLNCLI11 with MSOLEDBSQL in the DestinationConnectionOLEDB connection string?
