Adaware and Spybot are good free programs but they do not cut the cake anymore. With the complexity of malware increasing on a daily basis you need to invest on a real anti malware program. I use Spy Sweeper and it runs great. You might want to download a free sampler which is a full working version but time constraint. You'll be glad you did it.

SpySweeper is a great program, yes, but the Windows Anti-Spyware Beta is free, and pretty much just as thorough. That's if Skyline here (Welcome, BTW :D) has a legit copy of XP of course ;)

In terms of HijackThis, the only thing that catches my eye is :
O20 - Winlogon Notify: Hints - C:\WINDOWS\system32\m4nq0e55eh.dll (file missing), but given that it says that the file is missing, that shouldn't be much of a problem. Clean it out with HijackThis anyways, but make sure it makes a backup.

A suggestion on my part (the solution that %100 always works for me) would be to get Spybot 1.4, the latest AdAware, and SpyWareBlaster, all free. Run the quick/"Smart" scans on Spybot and AAW, then after both finish, clean with AAW and then SB.

SB may ask to run on the next reboot if it can't clear the stuff, and if it does, then let it, but before you reboot, immunize with SB, and then use SWB to immunize against everything in it's DB. Immunize with both of 'em again if SB cleans anything more on the reboot scan.

Sounds complicated, but it ends up working out pretty quickly, and it usually works quite similarly to a spyware enema for your computer... :)

Glad to hear that the MS one worked. You can also try an online scanner such as http://housecall.trendmicro.com.

Also, it is not a bad idea to run a root kit checker. Google for Root Kit Revealer.
