recently saw a tv news program about a woman who suspected her husband of cheating and so she installed a spyware on his pc that showed her what he was typing...

does this really exist?
where can i get more info?
 
Yes it exists and it is quite easy to use. Look at CNET's download page and search for key loggers. Unfortunately, the free ones tend to only work if you have just one login name.

I did for a while too. My marriage was virtually over (I'm not going into the reasons in this thread, search my name if you want to know), but I never had a smoking gun that made me feel confident to file for divorce. A few loggers later and I was confident that divorce was the proper route. Yes I felt ashamed for snooping. But I got over that quickly and I won't have to wonder for the rest of my life if I did the right thing.
