Spyware removal on computers that have more than one user account.

What's the most logical and methodical way to go about removing spyware from a computer that has say three accounts/user names.

My home computer running XP Pro has limited accounts for other family members, and I seem to pick up their spyware whenever I run Spybot or AdAware from my own account.
