spyware problem

any advise i have the program ad-aware but evrytime i scan i have spyware how can i stop that
is this normal for xp i never had spyware problems in windows me

spyware is bundled with some freeware programs
and make sure your internet explorer isn't set to install activex programs without asking you. and if it asks you, dont answer yes.


btw what kind of spyware are you talking about here? not those cookies right?

pr0n and warez. They literally jump on like fleas to a show dog when you visit most porn sites or don't konw how to steal software properly.
