Spyware not letting me ctrl alt del!

I need help in removing these nasty spywares that disable Spy Bot Search and Destroy as well as disable me from ctrl alt del. HELP!

Try Adaware if Spybot isn't working.
If not Adaware then try HijackThis
Then CWShredder

Go to services.

Go to start run and type msconfig. Get rid of anything suspicious and then boot in safe mode and run spybot.

what spyware is it? Is it the coolweb virus? Look up the cool web virus and CW (or Cool Web) Shredder.
