Spyware is back and with a punch

I did what mechBgon HERE and after I do waht he says it goes away and comes back 20 min after my comp is on,I tried SPYBOT,AD-AWARE,Antivir, they all find and remove but it comes back. HERE THE SCREENSHOT it pop up and this is really pissing me off I did not downlaod anything new I went to sleep and when I woke up it was there.

Looks like you got smitfraud'd.

You will need use to the brute force un installer. Download the Ewido trial, update and scan in safe mode.

Use a secure browser and/or stop visiting trashy sites.

The best anti spyware program I have tried is CounterSpy.

I would also suggest CWShredder and Hijackthis. Both are free.

Hijackthis makes a report of what is running on your system and you can get it analysed by 2 different websites that will let you know what's there:
