Spyware has to go

I wanted to know if spyware could be safely removed and so how? Whether it be through BIOS, shareware, etc. please reply.

spychecker(free). spyware analysis site. offers a site-linked prog for download.

d/l both these progs and you'll be safe from those mean spywares.
