Paid 20 bucks at walmart..Which i may be out of luck on now..It had great reviews....

Problem is it causes a huge hit on CPU usage just being in the back ground..I have Win Xp pro..an intel 2.66 GHZ cpu and a gig of ram....It can even cause my email or little casual games to freeze the computer...CPU usage can jump up to 100% in no time..am i out 20 bucks?🙄
 
Did you register your copy? If so, you can call the maker, PC Tools' toll free tech support for help. Once you register it, you'll be able to find the toll free number by logging onto their site.

FWIW, I use another of PC Tools' products, Registry Mechanic, and they've always been very helpful when I got stuck with a problem on my system or one of my friends'.

If you can't get the program to work well for you, you'll have to ask Walmart about their return policy on software.
