Spyware Dilema

So the receptionist here at work is a total ditz and has downloaded practically every program immaginable that has spyware in it. After 3 runtrhoughs of AVG, 2 of SpyBot, 2 of ADaware, and a few hacks at hyjack this logs i have been unable to remvoe all but 15 of 250+ "issues". The problem is every day one of these 15 things comes around and locks up our network.
Now i would just reformat her machine but of course boss says "no way, shes got wayy too much important stuff on there" namely being a vital program we lost the serial # for and cant seem to retrieve (how the heck this happens i have no idea). That and the fact she has saved various documents all over the place on this machine (in program files, in windows directory, in various other places, and remarkably enough very few in the my documents folder) and if we were to loose some of those, it wuld be bad
Oh the headaches....so now what is the next thing to try to get these last 15 virus' out of the system? AVG tells me they "cannot be removed" and spybot just keeps coming back with DSO exploits. HYjack this no longer shows anything i dont know what it is. so im at a loss here of what to try next.

You should be able to ferret out the documents by searching *.doc, *.xls, etc.

DSO exploits aren't really viruses. http://www.pchell.com/support/dsoexploit.shtml

If you have the latest Internet Explorer version and all your Windows Updates, you can safely ignore the DSO Exploit as a potential problem when Spybot Search and Destroy or other spyware removal tools discover it. However if you would rather fix the exploit so it does not show up again, follow these steps to edit your Windows Registry. Please be careful however, incorrect changes to the Windows Registry can cause Windows to not boot.
