Spyware: Bullseye Network, Internet Optimizer, etc.

What can I do to get rid of it? Adaware and what else? I just did system restore from a few days ago before the infection, and though the folders for Bullseye Network and Internet Optimzer were there, which I just deleted manually, none of them appeared under my Startup Config in msconfig. Am I clean of them now? Doesn't System Restore basically get rid of all the programs after the Restore Point?

Sorry for the long post but thanks for any help guys

Get Spybot, update the sacnning definitions and scan to see if it is still there. For the time being before scanning, turn off system restore. If no spyware is found you can turn systemrestore back on again
