spyware/adware infestation help?

hey all

my home computer is now afflicted with some BS spyware crap, which has installed a toolbar within my web browser (IE) right underneath the URL box. the toolbar's title under the View menu reads: "mcfcrtfrood" its displays buttons for news, mp3s, gambling, entertainment, books....

also, an ad banner/bar is appearing right above my taskbar, about 1/2 inch tall, with a few icons and some pull down menus. when i open task manager, the popunder's info reads:

i have run ad-aware 6 twice, and its still there.

please help, this is starting to drive me nuts...

btw, im not really sure if this is a popunder, im just calling it that for lack of better words...please let me know what it really is

An Ad-aware variant, slightly better and worse at the same time.

Also, update Ad-Aware definitions if you haven't done so already. That picks up a LOT of new stuff.
