Spyder3Pro Question

When using the spyder3pro, what is best when calibrating your monitor.

1. Using Standard mode and not messing with RGB colors.

2. Using Custom mode and changing the RGB to get 6500K target

3. Using SRGB mode

I'm really unsure about this...
