It's has lots of bugs for some people from the reports I've read. Head over to: http://forums.net-integration.net/index.php?showforum=28 and read up

Main thing seems to be be sure to reboot before running the progmra after you install it. This has helped many people.

Why did you install 1.2 when 1.3 was just released?

this version is much faster than the old one...however i got a lot of errors while running it...after i rebooted it, it was fine...looks like the above post is correct about restarting.

Thanks. I use Spybot like crazy on several machines but wasn't aware of the new version.

Downloaded, but not installed yet. Just did a clean OS install this morning so I'll wait a bit.

is it just me or does it seem like there hasn't been an update to the detection rules in quite a while. Does this newer version have an auto update feature that I don't know about?
