Spybot messed up my comp

I tried spybot 1.2 yesterday and after using it to fix the problems it found, upon boot up I now get a windows protection error. The error says windows files have been replaced by unrecognized versions, has anyone seen this before. I am using win2k pro.
 
hmmm.. i doubt that spybot is at fault.. can you boot into safe mode? sounds like you have a corrupt boot sector.. in this case you may need to boot with a floppy and do fdisk /mbr to repair then do a thorough virus scan, sounds like a boot sector virus..
