Wow, that's one of the oddest drop tops I've seen. I'm not sure if I've ever seen a convertible without a trunk lid :Q It's still like a hatch even in droptop form :D Not bad, I'll take the hardtop version instead tho

I'd take the hardtop too. Stiffer, handles better, and no creaking from the structure.

I think the Mini's got a much more widespread appeal than the Cabrio ever did. These will fly out of dealerships as fast as they can make them.

No, sadly. His is a 2002, my mom's is a 2003. They didn't want the S for two reasons: 1.) the ride is quite a bit rougher 2.) no room for a spare, so you basically have to use some version of run-flat tires.
