Spy/Adware troubles

I keep getting spy/adware from something, don't know what it is though, i assume it's through firefox, but i never used to get this much spy/adware through FF. It's not a massive amount, but enough make me cautious. Not sure if firefox is the culprit for sure. But i run Ad-aware and Spybot S&D every night and every night it's the same stuff that i erased the previous day. How can i tell if i'm getting it from firefox or not? Should i turn up security settings in FF or something? Thanks.

do you run spywareblaster too? it's recomended with Spybot S&D.

What kind of spyware?
Tried an online virusscan?

Run Microsoft Antispyware.

Just keeps coming back, i got spyware blaster as well.
