spurrier > fulmer

Well, Phat Phil, private dick, has racked up more player arrests than Spurrier so far. 11 in the last year. Plus a couple (including statutory rape) that never made it out.

ESPN Story
If you go by the police blotter, Fulmer's surrogate parenting has been abysmal over the last 13 months. Guidance and direction? The coach should be able to guide his players through the booking process by now, and direct them to the program-friendly attorneys in Knoxville. Beyond that, Fulmer's off-field authority is in question at present.

Eleven Volunteers football players have been arrested or issued citations since the end of February 2004. Four have been arrested on assault charges this week, including the best athlete on the Tennessee team, freshman quarterback Brent Schaeffer. And three players are currently facing felony charges for aggravated assault, stemming from two separate altercations in 2005.

ESPN calls out Fulmer!!

looks like fulmer is finally taking some heat for his life-long practices...

This isn't stuff that routinely happens among the student population as a whole but never makes headlines. According to the UT office of public relations, campus police reported two incidents of aggravated assault in all of 2004 for a student body of more than 19,000. We're talking about two alleged aggravated assaults on campus involving members of an 85-man squad in a span of three months.

They're pretty close. 11 versus 9. Not a contest you want to brag about having bigger numbers in.

Can you really fault all of those arrests to Spurrier? 6 of those arrests came from a crime commited in November 2004 under Lou Holtz's program.

A correct number would be 11 vs. 3.

LOL, and they call FSU the Criminoles....How many does Grandpa Bowden have?

The players up here suck. One of them was at one of my parties last week, got into an argument with my cousin and pulled a gun on him. Schaeffer is also an enormous ass.

that should read fulmer > spurrier.

Lets see who gets whooped in Oct. Spurrier is an idiot for shooting off his mouth first when he's never even coached a game with this team. Just goes to show what an moron he is.

And let's be even more fair by saying that those players who have gotten into trouble under Spurrier have been kicked off the team. Fulmer just handed out his now famous "indefinite suspension"...meaning that these players will be suspended up until the first game of the season.

Schaeffer is kicked off the team isn't he?

Anyway: Tuberville > *

Auburn has a great graduation rate and their players don't get into trouble that often.

My hope is that they'll concentrate so much on Fulmer and Spurrier that anything the players do here at Free Shoes University will slide by unnoticed. 😀

USC is so full of low lifes right now it is amazing. After Clemson kicked their butt again this season, they went back to their stadium and stole from their own university.

Spurrier walked into a jail down there. He has lost 1/10th of his scholarship players and the USC fans are still delirious thinking they are going to be successful. USC has no QB, their best RB was kicked off the team for smoking pot, and unfortunately their best WR went down bad in the spring game.

I hope the best for Whiteside but I don't think we will see him again this season.

HAHAHA Spurrier is a freaking retard and needs to keep his mouth shut.

Two more Gamecocks arrested on Sunday.

This just makes him look like a bigger fool.

Not that it makes a big difference, but it should be noted that in the article "Two South Carolina football players were arrested early Sunday and charged with simple marijuana possession"

Here's how bad it is at USC btw. USC had their spring game on Saturday and the first play was a deep pass that fell incomplete. The crowd gave a standing ovation.
