IncTc: bunch of teenagers in front of the building hanging out and none of them live here, one of them sitting on ground and saying i cant take it anymore, last week one 13yr tried to jump off the roof of my building over a b/f but her friend stopped her, exactly 2years ago 13yr jumped off and died
