SP's for Windows XP

I need to do a fresh install of Windows XP on a computer. Since XP isn't supported anymore, can I still get the service packs from WIndows Update? Thanks

SP3 - Once you install SP2 you can get SP3 through the Update.

This is pure guessing, but since they included the Win XP Mode as part of the add-ons available for Win 7, there is a need to keep support for Win XP Pro SP3.
