Trying to download a ringone for the past 3 hours. I get Preparing for Download or Network not Available.

What a load of crap.

Ive found I need at least 3 bars of service to connect to the web.
I have full service, but no connection. Thankfully I am on the two month free trial which will soon be cancelled.

I must be really lucky. Not only does Sprint have perfect reception in my area, but my wireless web works fantastic (speed and reliability) and my phone (a620) has none of the bugs that some others have reported.

It usually works well for me. Try moving somewhere else. The data connection is a lot more sensitive then the voice part.

This blows. All I want is some new ringtones.

i have Sprint service, and the minute my contract runs out, I'm ditching this sh!tty TP1100 phone,a nd moving to verizon.
The only complaint I have is this damn Wireless web. My sister uses Vision and hers works great, but my phone is not a vision phone.

I too would be pissed if I couldn't get the latest 50 cent ringtone.

Eh, I've had wireless web since their free trial... 1 year ago. I could only download ringers when I had signed up for ringers and more... there wasn't a way to get them to the A460 without that option (they blocked the filetypes). The browsing sucks and the response time/ability of me to actually use it in certain locations is lacking. Come to think of it, if I don't change outright after the 24th, I'm cancelling that and getting my $5/mo reclaimed. I used to think it was really handy in a pinch... you can look something up real quick using their browser. It happened at a football game where we didn't know the nittany part of the nittany lions (where it comes from) so I looked it up and that was kind of neat. At the same time, it would have been a hell of a lot quicker to call a friend/stranger, offer them $5, and just get them to look it up on the internet.

Customer service is useless. All they say is I must go to a Sprint PCS store to have my phone updated. That is nice and all, but there are none around here.

Sanyo 6200.

I got a call from SprintPCS yesterday night offering me free PCS to PCS, 5% off my current plan as well as first incoming minute free, with my current plan of 300 anytime and unlimited N&W with nights starting at 8pm for $28.50.

Not bad at all....Sprint Rocks in my area and I've been a customer for about 5 years! now.
