SprintPCS users, Is it just me, or does Clair piss you off?

Everytime i have to call sprint customer service, i get routed through loops going everywhere. Eventually I say 'Speak to Representative' but that b!tch sends me through two more loops, then I get a real person. My anger is not quite retarded yet ;) and i find my self starting to cuss at her sometimes, then she responds 'im sorry, i could not understand your last statement, please repeat it' or something like that, and i become even more mad.

LOL, yeah that system sucks bigtime....

It would be great if she "understood" curse words, and actually cursed back at you ;). :)

Yeah, it takes forever to get a real person. I end up yelling Customer Service Representative over and over again! Haha.

Thats why when you call up you tell clare to give you "RETENTION" then they know you are thinking of leaving, thus when they transfer you around they will take you a lil more seriously. Trust me it has worked.

Sprint sucks. My bill was 150 bucks a month every month (You would think they would try to keep a customer who pays so much regularly) and I called to cancel, the fool in retention I spoke to just offered me a free month's service. Didn't even offer me a better monthly deal.

I'm with T-Mobile now and I pay 60 bucks a month and talk as long as I need to.
