I changed by sprintpcs plan from 2000 minutes to 3500 minutes like 2 weeks ago. The statement/bill I received today shows a charge for $34.99 activation, and I was like what? My phone is active and has been with them for the past 5 years. The CSR told me that my number was just recently activated and that she could not do anything. BS, she can't. She didn't even bother to help me, so i ask for a manager, but unfortunately got disconnected. However, on my second attemp, a got a really nice CSR and said I would be credited the activation charge without any further troubles. Anyway, I can't believe they tried to scam me out of $34.99, I guess whoever did the service upgrade, did it so she/he could get some kind of commission.
