SprintPCS Billing Question...

<FONT face=Verdana>I signed up for Sprint on September 10th, and they say my billing cycle ends the 13th. My current invoice on sprint's website says I owe 173$ for the invoice period ending September 13th. Does that mean I payed for a full months plan for the 1 day that I had the phone for that "billing cycle"? I activated my phone like on September 12th or something, and they said my billing period ended september 13th, and for that one day I used 11 minutes in my plan.</FONT>
