Sprint to VZ

So I switched from AT&T to Sprint with the 4s and I have to say the service is worse. The voice is better but the data speeds are horrible. Plus I get zero voice service at work.

Now my only option is to go to VZ. I called to a bunch of stores and nobody has the phone in stock. Apple has a week delay on shipping them as well. Is it possible to order the phones through VZ and get the sim cards and swap them into the sprint phones while I wait for the VZ phones to come in? Once they arrive I'll ship the sprint phones back for return.
 
i don't think the sprint/vz models use SIM cards for the US service. it's CDMA and probably programmed to the network by the software

i have a 4S in NYC on AT&T. i'm on wifi 99% of the time and have no complaints
