Its not the original Sprint Sero plan, which was 500 minutes, unlimited text, and unlimited internet for $30 a month, but its close.

http://www.howardforums.com/showthread.php?t=1497199

Its a family plan, two lines 1600 minutes for $110, or 3200 for $150, unlimited text, 5GB internet, and other stuff. Extra lines are $15 more per up to a total of 5 lines.

You go to www.sprint.com/sero
and use this

Too look at the plans.

Pretty good deal if you've got family members or a significant other to split it with you.

You have to factor in that Sprint may very well be the shittiest company on the planet right now, with the ratings and law suits to prove it.

Meh. I've never had a problem with their customer service or their phone service.

How is 3 times the minutes and non-unlimited internet in any way as good a deal as the $30 dollar plan?

110 base for 2 lines vs 30 dollars for one line...you'd be better off with 3 separate sero plans. 0.o

3 phones on SERO - $90
3 phones on this plan - $125

Just saying. =)

I got in on the original SERO Plan and its been the greatest decision I've ever made. Reduced my bill by over $30 a month, better coverage in my area, and unlimited internet which i didn't have before :) Only odd thing is they send me 2 copies of my bill each month, only bill me once but for some reason every month on the same day I'll get two copies of the exact same bill

It's true :) but I suppose this is the best alternate since it's almost impossible to get on the old SERO plan...

I have the 49.99 SERO individual plan and would gladly sign for 4 years if I could.

1250 anytime, free nights and weekends, unlimited mobile to mobile, unlimited data and text..

my bill is like 58 with tax and surcharges. Which other carrier can compete with this? I have been fortunate to be in a city with great coverage as well..

Sprint customer service sucks.

I get two bills, I can't pay my bill online. When I do pay my bill, I have to do it via the phone. It takes four minutes for me to pay and I have to hear my balance at least four times. Awful.

The phone service, on the other hand, is great and you can't beat $30 / month :)

The only problem I've had with Sprint is when I upgraded a phone on 3rd non Sero line I was charged an activation fee, so I emailed ecare and they gave me a credit for it.

I've heard that if you have a problem its better to email it in instead of trying to get someone on the phone, as the people doing the email customer service are more competent.

Anyone try adding this plan to their cart yet? Why is the one time charge so outrageously high ($359)?

I added two Blackberry 8130s.

Because the phones are $180 each up front, and then they have a $100 mail in rebate.

The $359 was listed in the One Time Charge column right next to the monthly cost figure of the plan.

For each phone, it showed the $500 price with the $320 saving.

Wow. Thought I was the only one getting two identical bills each month. Strange.

I get two bills as well, on original SERO. The new plan isn't bad compared to the other providers. Coverage depends on where you live so there is no point in debating that, you should know what works in your area before you buy. Yeah, their customer service isn't the best but they have been improving. I'll deal with the subpar customer service for the amount of money I save.

You may want to double check the data cap. I believe the 5GB cap only counts for tethering. Straight data use is unlimited.
