Sprint Phones user phone deal

Hi, i dont know if this is the right forum to post but
here is the story for those who own a Sprint cell phone...
You know that you can go to the nearest Sprint center and trade it your phone for the same exact one or for an equal or lesser (in Sprint center store price) phone for FREE...
They doesnt charge you anything...
What i did to my SCH-3500 phone was that i told them i dont like the reception on it and i drop it many time and they went ahead and gave me a brand new one
and also i get a extended battery too cause i told them that it died so quick hehe

U dont need to get insurance or anything...
This is also good for someone who wanted to cancel their Sprint phones, get a new one b4 u cancel so u can sell it for a higher price hehehe

Oh well...

First off, I don't believe this is a hot deal. Second of all, having dealt with Sprint many times, this is only under the managers extreme discretion. It is typically only the practice to give you another new/refurbished phone if the one you have insured has problems.
