anyone know how to reach customer service, for two days in a row, I hold for an hour and no result sick and tired but i need to reach them somehow

 

Go to one of the local PCS stores and pick up the red phone.
Dials you right in with no hold time.

I always call when its INCONVIENT for everyone else to call. I'm rarely on hold for longer than 5 minutes.

anybody know if you can get alternate phone rings for the touchpoint 2200? kind of like that nokia thread the other day.

Sprint PCS reception sux ass (at least here in Hawaii), and yes their service sux ass too...
