Aiight, so my Samsung N400 isn't all that great anymore. I'm getting weaker and weaker signal and my battery (which used to last 3-4 days standby) barely lasts 24 hours now. Its still in warranty so I think I can exchange it or trade up to a better phone, but I'm stuck on which one to get. Easiest choice for me is the A500 from Samsung, since it uses the same accessories (I've already bought the data cable, headset, car charger etc.) Next logical choice is the Sanyo 8100, since it has the camera built-in and is considered the best phone to get these days.

I really wanted to wait for the Sony Ericsson T608 (their first CDMA phone) but just 2 weeks ago they announced they're not going to make any CDMA phones...so I don't know if we'll ever see the T608 in stores or not.

4900/8100/5300/6400. Sanyo's are the best so choose whichever one you like. I have a 5300 myself.

Got the Sanyo 5300 as well, i'd say go w/the 8100 since it's cheaper and smaller. The only difference no flash in the 8100.

5300 all the way. The A500 is a POS of sh!t. I have had two of them and they get terrible signals and terrible battery life. The 5300 is 10x the phone the A500 is. PLEASE don't waste ANY money on the A500. Terrible phone with terrible reception.

i've really really wanted the 8100 for awhile, and it's affordable right now (99$ after 100$ rebate). Great price... the 5300 is still pretty expensive but if you got the money i hear its worth it
