Including stored messages or just new messages?

Why is it that new vm systems all suck? My AT&T local service VM is a PITA to navigate too... :( And I have a SprintPCS phone as well. Sigh.

stored messages - I have 15 saved messages and I would prefer to hear them from the newest (by date) to the oldest.

I hate the freaking 'Press 1 to leave a voice message' crap....

T-Mobile is the worst... Their instructions are about 20 seconds long...

I believe you are only allowed to rid of the time/date stamp associated with each message.

You used to be able to press 1 again to skip directly to the message. Pisses me off that they changed that.

You can skip to the next message by pressing * if that helps.

Probably not. The screwed up my auto-billing twice now and shut it off without notification. Now I just wait for them to send me the "We're going to disconnect your phone." text message and call them up to pay. What pisses me off the most (and the reason I haven't fixed it) is that when I called to pay the CS person I talked to told me I'd have to call a different number if I wanted to fix my auto-billing problem. WTH?

*sigh*

Oh well, I have less problems with them than most people from what I hear.
