Does anyone know that if your loose your cell phone with sprint or it breaks if they will replace it for free?
Ive been a member for like 3 years and my phone is about to be dead. I am wondering if i can get a free phone from sprint left. I still have like 6 months left in my contract. I am also still using the original phone they gave me 3 years ago.

do you have the replacement warranty>? If so it'll only cost like 35 bucks and they can put it on your bill, if not, go to store, buy yourself a phone...

(yes, I have PCS.. and a recently broken phone)

If your phone is old enough you might qualify for a rebate on a new phone.

Just got a new phone this way 🙂

Just go into your local Sprint Store and they will set you straight on what you can and cant do.

I would suggest you quick add lockline insurance to your plan. I think it's $5 / month, but they need to make a test call first to verify your phone is working. So, get the call in before it dies.

Try that.
If you've been with them for 3 yrs you should be able to get a new phone.

they'll always let you have the new customer deals if you ask.

Yeah, but in my experience, I've had to use the approach that I was looking to upgrade my service plan. Their ears really perked up then.

More like you hit up their retention line 🙂
That'll probably get a new phone + more perks.
