Sprint PCS Users: Which is the best new phone with a camera

Anyone have any experience with the new Sprint Camera phones. I am getting one for a friend as a present and was wondering if anyone had any experience with them .

Your options are limited to the Sanyo 5300 and the Sanyo 8100. The 5300 has a better camera and a bigger screen, but the 8100 has a more compact size and nicer screen (smaller though) and the pictures aren't as good. I would say save your money and buy the 8100 and not the 5300. Plus the 8100 comes in different colors if your into that kind of thing.

I've had the 5300 since its been available (Veteran's Day of last year) and love it. The pcitures come out great provided there's enough light. Haven't really tried an 8100 yet so I can't comment.

just bought my gf the 8100. She loves it. It has higher resolution pictures than my 4900 vision phone. I think it may even be 16-bit color. I'd say this is the phone to get right now.

picture quality doesnt reallly matter, they all suck, 352*240 or something like that
