Sprint PCS: troubles getting deposit back??

I just got PCS and the sales rep said I would get my $125 deposit back in 1 yr @6%. That's fine....except it's not printed anywhere in the receipts or agreement. I was wondering where it says I will get my deposit back in 1 yr. I don't want to be there in 1 yr and have them say 'Oh, we meant 2 yrs.'.

What kind of calling plan do you have? When I signed up with Sprint PCS I had to pay no deposit. My only thing was that I had to buy the phone. Have they changed again?

SUO: if you don't have much of a credit background you have to pay up a deposit.

ASmurf: i got mine back a year later, about $132. its as-promised.
