Sprint PCS retention plans?

I know we had that really old sprint PCS thread here a while back, but just wondering if Sprint is still doing retention plans, and if so, what are some deals people have gotten recently? The last time i called to cancel, the only thing they could offer was a $100 credit towards a phone if i signed for two years. I've been a member for about 4 years, too.

I'm looking to get a $45 1000 minutes plan with a $20 add-a-phone plan for my gf. I'm wondering what retention might be able to throw in, though. Any ideas?

Also-- anyone have any experience with hooking up a sprint pcs phone to a PDA for internet connectivity? I have a Toshiba E750, but there aren't very many hotspots here so i want to have the option of plugging my phone in and dialing out.

Well, basically, I would call them up and tell them I'm quitting Sprint and going with another provider. They put me on hold and connect me to somebody who I guess you could say worked in the "retention" department.

He asks me why I'm leaving. I say "blah blah, found a cheaper plan, blah blah." He asks me if I would be willing to stay if they match it. I say "yeah, I guess so." Then they try to match it.

Whenever I finally left sprint, I was down to something like 300 anytime, unlimited nights and weekends for around $25 a month. That was around 2 years ago.
