sprint pcs customers.. read this!

have you ever tried to get in touch with customer service? *2 or 18882114727?
Ive been on hold for an hour and a half and then i just get disconnected. Now im on hold again with 2 fones on speaker fone and its driving me crazy. the bastards charged me for wireless web twice and $10 of extra charges. anybody else have a problem with them? the service is fine but wtf.. why cant they answer the damn fone!

That's odd. I've never had a problem contacting them when I needed to. Course, I've only called once, and that was about 10 months ago.

I never had a problem when i activated my fone 6 months ago.. but now that they overcharge me $30 all the sudden i cant get in touch with them... strange, huh? :)

I HATE SPRINT !!!

I used to be with them and had the same problems you are going through... I finally talked to someone and they gave me the runaround so I asked to speak with a supervisor and they told me the supervisor is busy and this and that and I insisted on speaking with a supervisor. I spoke with the supervisor finaly and told him about the errors on my bill and the bills in the past. He told me that "whatever it says on the bill that what you have to pay..." "you need to read your terms..."

I asked him if Sprint put a charge on the bill for $10,000 I would HAVE to pay it?? He said Yes. You need to read you terms and condtitions.

What a waste of time.... almost 2 hours on the phone total.

Wow, jonMEGA, that really sux. Ive never had too many problems with them but now im getting really pissed off. they better give me a credit or something towards my bill, bcuz if i get one of the fuks on the fone im gonna bitch!

My experience with their billing dept. is that they automatically treat you like its your fault..and also, they always seem to talk "down" to you.
Last time they shut off my service 5 days before my bill was even due..and when I called...and b!tched, they put turned it back on..and asked "Sir, are you late with your other bills too?" WTF?
How the hell is that any of your business... SprintPCS can go suck one..

my service has really sucked recently, no extra charges as of yet, but just dropped calls all over the place and such...of course they can't do anything about it. everytime i call to complain 'well we've been working on a few downed towers in the past week, they'll be fixed soon' and i got my phone replaced last week, but hasn't seemed to work anybetter. i'm quite pissed off that i went w/ sprint now, but what can i do?

Sprint may claim nationwide coverage, but its hardly that. Even in areas where they're supposed to have full coverage I get dropped calls. At home I get dropped calls even though its right in their covered area.

finally got on the fone with them.. they gave me a credit for the duplicate wireless web charge $10. but i still have to pay for wireless web this month even though i dont want it. certainly not worth 2 hrs of my time. assholes!

Farbio - cant do much i guess.. especially if you signed a 1 yr contract with them. for me, they arent that bad... but cust. service. blows. oh well, i dont have to call too often anyways. also, it sux that u cant use the fone you want on another service. the reason i went with them is cuz i really liked the sanyo scp-4500. sweet fone :)

if there was an award for worst customer service sprint pcs would be a heavy contender...

i have gotten good service a few times, but only to do normal stuff, not if there's a "problem"... then it's like pulling rhino teeth...

Yeah, usually their service is moderate, but their customer service sucks. We used to have Sprint 7 Cents Anytime, but we cancelled that plan since they'd add hidden charges. Kind of like the service you have, no we use Pac Bell and Phone Cards :)

Head by one of their stores next time. There is one right across the parking lot from where i work and have not had any problems at all with them.

No problem, dont let them give you any sh~t either. I got a "service call" because my bill was one day late. I hate being bothered by people I dont know.

One time I didn't pay my bill for 2 months and they didn't say a word.. lucky me i guess :)
Could be because it wasn't in excess of the $125.00 deposit I put down for the service.
