Sprint One Year Contract Cacellation?

I called sprint and told them that I may have to be transfered overseas by my employer. The CS person assured me that if that was the case I would not be charged the cancellation fee on my 1 year contract. Is this true?

Just explain your reasons, and if CS tell you they will not charge you, they will not charge you. Remember, they are the one who do the charging when you called them up right there at their computer.
