i have the family plan....i was wondering if i call and do the whole shpeel about wanting to cancel...will they give me a better plan???? thanks

i guess you've got nothing to lose.. just make it clear to them that you're willing to pay the 150 dollar cancelation fee if they dont help you out.

of course-- they might just laugh at you, and then you're plan really will be cancelled.. you'd have to call them back up and say, no wait, nevermind-- thought it over agian and i dont want to cancell.

One of these phone numbers has been my *home* phone for three years; the other is my fiance's. For better or for worse, we just moved into a townhouse that kills our reception. We were just going to use the cell phones without a landline, but it doesn't look possible given the reception problems.
