It's karma for Sprint being such bastards with their fees. :)

All kidding aside, condolences to the family, what a crazy way to go. I guess he didn't suffer at least.

Heathen.

SERO FTW.

The mountain was doing just fine, until a civil engineer said it'd be ok to build a road somewhere. Rules evidently exist which govern the allowable risk for falling debris; it would seem that they may not be strict enough - or else stuff like this will just have to be considered a potential consequence of mountain living.

Even if one rock per day fell onto that particular stretch of road, you'd probably be lucky to see one person every ten years die from it.

This. That's why it's called an accident and isn't due to a product "failure"

This reminds me of something that happened to my friends dad. He was driving alone in a big Ford truck through a canyon. Out of nowhere a huge boulder the size of his truck falls on top of the truck. It totally crushed the passenger seat, the bed and most of the hood. He was able to open his door and step out of the truck completely unscathed.

The pay at sprint must suck. He's a VP there and all he could afford is a Tahoe. A 2007 one at that.

What a smashing way to end a rocking vacation.

They ended their vacation with a BANG!

Things were going well until The Rock crashed their party...real headbanger stuff.

Wow putting the car in neutral in the mountains thinking it would stop... not a smooth move... although better than leaving it in drive.

That's something youd see on Final Destination

If the stocks keep falling, they may hit ROCK bottom...and a smashing blow for Sprint.

Widening cracks have developed and it's just a matter of time until fragments split. These things end up exactly where the rubber meets the road.

Update: Sprint executive caves to fragmented demands. Recent gains are short lived, however.
