Sprint dumps needy customers

That is too funny.

I had Sprint for a few years (back in the days when it was still called Sprint PCS), and I have never had a more frustrating experience trying to get an operator on the line. I never waited less than 45 minutes, and it was often more than an hour. That was the most dramatic change when I moved to Verizon, who generally have very quick service.

Can sprint really dig a deeper hole for themselves. Around here, they have a horrible reputation on reception.

"we wont make you pay the early termination fee"

why the hell do they even say that? had i got that letter and it said the termination would cost $175, i would lead a mob full of angry moms right down to sprint hq and burn that mofo to the ground.

in any case, i dont understand why they cant just work out an agreement with att or someone to take a good chunk of the customers that sprint cant handle. i dont know though, i guess this way its a bit more fair for everyone.

That would be an awesome thing if they didn't give you only 30 days to find a new provider. In fact, they should drop your contract and offer to make your final month free if they're looking to get rid of you on good terms. Chances are if you're calling them so much you'd be happy to be let go on your own terms, but kicking you out the door is uncalled for.

Wow. It might not be the smartest business decision, but they have the right to service whom they choose.

They seem to be pretty accomodating as long as they are dropping you, Haha!
