Sprint only advantage is if you want unlimited stuff.
If you get a smartphone, cheapest Sprint price is $150 for 2 people vs $120 for T-mobile.
Like I stated, 1000mins, unlimited texting and 2GB of data is good enough for >95% of people out there.
The plan for T-mobile gets cheaper if you only use light data.
You have no option with Sprint.
It starts at $150 for 2 people.
Depends on your corporate discount, I suppose. But if you don't have a good corporate discount, you can always go with the Sprint Everything Plus Data Family Plan.

$110 for two lines. 1600 anytime minutes, nights & weekends at 7PM, unlimited mobile to mobile minutes (any carrier), unlimited data/text. Add the $20 smartphone fee ($10 x 2 phones) and it's $130 total. Additional lines are $15 so $25 for each additional smartphone. This compares fairly well to TMobile's 1000 anytime minutes, nights & weekends at 9PM, unlimited mobile to mobile (TMobile to TMobile only), unlimited text, and 2GB of 4G data (throttled 3G data afterwards?).
2 smartphones: Sprint @ $130, TMobile @ $120
3 smartphones: Sprint @ $155, TMobile @ $150
4 smartphones: Sprint @ $180, TMobile @ $180
5 smartphones: Sprint @ $205, TMobile @ $210
Cost is fairly close and Sprint gives you a lot more minutes and unlimited data if you can use it.
