Bummer, but CEOs don't last when companies are perpetually struggling. My girlfiend's mom works in HR at Sprint. Thanks for the news.

Maybe their new CEO/President will understand the concept of Customer Service.

I've been one of the few supporters of Sprint's cell phone service, but I've been forced the change my position recently based on the terrible treatment I've received from their service reps.

Hmm, my sister seemed to hint at this yesterday on the phone...she said her group leader/manager told them to expect significant 'management changes' by the weekend...she was worried this meant more job cuts in her division ...hopefully there won't be ANOTHER round of layoffs.

I've never liked Sprint. Hopefully some new blood will help the company. I am forced to use Sprint as my local carrier as I have no other options...

Their customer service is appauling, I've actually had a CSR say "Sir, I have to terminate this call now as I can offer no more assistance" while I was calling from my cell phone since my Sprint local service was not working.
