Sprint Cell Phones | Any new phone(s) on the horizon I should be looking for?

I've had Sprint forever and my most recent contract has expired. So, it is time for a new phone in the very near future as my current phone is old skool (two years old).

For those of you in the know and follow the cell phone tech craze, what should I be buying or waiting for?

I just bought the razr which came out last week. the slvr and another are due out here in a week or two.

Theres the standard treo 700 p/m models as well as the sanyo m1 which is due out soon.

I upgraded from a 6700 brick phone which was windows mobile 5.0. Good phone but was HUGE and i wanted something smaller.

my samsung a900 is a good phone, with average battery life. they released the samsung a900M, which adds the sprint mu-ui interface, allowing for themes, skins, etc.

is the interface faster? i've switched to using the keypad almost exclusively for the interface because using the d-pad was too damn slow.

the battery life of mine seems to be improving a bit with use.
