Sprint 4g coverage

Any one getting coverage with 4g in areas that aren't officially shown on sprints map ? I turned it on for the hell of it at my house and I was surprised to see that I got 1-2 bars with 4g. The speed tested it and sure enough it was about 2-3 times faster than my 3g. I'm in orange county and I haven't heard of any towers in my area at all

IIRC, they're supposed to fire up the LA area this fall, enjoy 🙂

They could be testing it in your area, and they just haven't officially rolled it out yet, hence its not on the map.

Unfortunately for me - both my home and office are labeled as "indoor 4G" on Sprint's site, and while I do get it outside, I don't inside. My office walls are notoriously bad for everyone's cell phone, though, and my house is inconveniently located on a hillside, which has a bad habit of blocking signals as well.

Oh wow according to that app, theres actually a lot of 4G in my area, especially along the 22 freeway. I do see cell towers all over the sides of that freeway. Awesome, guess Ill keep my 4g on now. I need that car charger asap =p
