So I flip over to the Speed channel to watch some flat track motorcycle racing, which btw is probably the most insane and exciting racing it's possible to watch..

and I'll be a SOB, Jay Springsteen is still racing !!! and he's close to the front to boot.

Dang, I mean I remember watching Jay Springsteen racing at least 25 years ago, and this isn't the kind of sport you expect to see an old dude racing in..

oh yea, they had some awesome footage from a camera mounted on the back of Carr's bike.

I would definately recommend watching for a rerun.
