How is that place.. and how expensive?

Cant recall the price...im sure you could look it up on their site but its the most expensive. They have categories for each park and their hotels. Grand Floridian is at the top end and the Contemporary is in the middle for the Magic Kingdom. The Swan and the Dolphin are on the high end at another park. It works like that.

It was a real nice place, had all the amenities you could imagine. Wife used the spa and had the best day. I played golf @ the Magnolia course where they play the National Car renal tournament. Theres a ferry that takes you to the magic kingdom and its the last stop before the kingdom so you get there quick. You can rent speed boats and cruise the lagoon for hours. We did that, it was fun. The white beach is great but there is no swimming which sucked. There is a great outside cafe that you can sit out at night and have a drink and watch tthe nightly firework show over the castle.

The Grand Floridian is starting to seem dated. I was more impressed by the newer Boardwalk, Yacht Club and Animal Kingdom Lodge hotels when I was there last year. The Boardwalk/Yacht Club are within walking distance to EPCOT, and frankly, I can't stand the Strol-er--Magic Kingdom. I'd rather be near the far superior EPCOT. And there is some fun stuff to do on the Boardwalk - ESPN Zone, Jelly Roll's, etc.
