Hi all. I'm reading conflicting information online about the spread spectrum function found on recent Asus boards: some sites seem to suggest that it should be disabled unless you're in an environment with a lot of EM interference, and especially if over clocking, and some are of the opinion that with Asus' Digi+VRM, spread spectrum reduces EM interference and may even make overclocking more stable. While that seems to be the minority opinion, there's little out there from Asus giving something definitive. What's the opinion here? On or off?
Thanks for your help.
