I bought an Asus A7N8X Deluxe board and would like to remove the double sided tape on the north bridge as it is not needed to hold the heatsink on, and replace it with thermal compound. What would be the best way to go about removing the tape without damaging anything? (Not worried about the aluminum heat sink as much as I am the Northbridge itself)
