What processor/MOBO/Cooler?

I'm going to step out on a limb and say "no".

Edit: But it depends on the load I guess. Prime will load up my BE-2400 (Stock is 2300Mhz, but I'm at 3100) to about 63C, but games and other tasks never get above 55C, which I believe is about the max you want for long term usage.

I wouldn't of thought so either because even with not overclock it was at 66c but still just want to make sure for when summer comes

If you are loading at 66c without an overclock then there is something wrong. You need to check and be sure that you're heatsink is making proper contact. Are you using thermal paste?
